Haha thanks! Ok to start I have the same problem as you but slightly different. I eat really healthy but have a fast metabolism so I eat a lot and constantly. My friends in the other hand are 5’2 and very athletic so they take healthy eating to another level and don’t eat as much or as often as I do because they don’t need to! So I’m the black sheep haha. Anywayyys I can’t really divide it up into meals but throughout the day I’ll eat a banana, oatmeal or fiberrous cereal or toast, coffee (lots), chicken, vegetables like asparagus, red bell peppers, spinach or broccoli, a small serving or pasta or rice, sometimes smoothies with frozen fruit. Yupp that sums it up
